A great number of pop bands appeared in Hong Kong during the golden era of the British Pop Music (1964 thru 1969). Musicians of different nationalities (Chinese, British, Swedish, Portuguese, Filipinos, Indians, among others) were active in Hong Kong, normally covering versions of songs from the UK and the USA. This is my tribute to those magnificent Hongkong Pop Artists that were part of my happy teenage days.
The Mystics: Michael Remedios (vocals), Tony Tavares (drums), Francis De Costa (guitar), Vasco De Costa (bass guitar), and Clifford Yim (keyboard). The only pop band from Hong Kong to play Soul Music during the 60s.
